Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy covers purchases made on this website only. If you subscribed inside the Steady app through the Apple App Store instead, that purchase is handled by Apple under their refund process, and we cannot refund it — contact Apple directly.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time, for any reason, from your subscription page. Every email we send about the subscription carries a link to it. You can also email support+glp@llabs.top from the address you bought with, and we will do it for you and confirm.
Cancelling stops the next charge. You keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term.
Refunds
We refund any subscription bought here in full, on request, within 30 days of the charge. No reason needed.
Ask by emailing support+glp@llabs.top from the address you used to buy. You do not need to give a reason, and we will not ask you to prove how much you used the app.
Refunds are issued by Nexa Labs, LLC, back to the payment method you paid with. There is no other way to return the money, so we cannot send it to a different card or account. We release it as soon as we have agreed the refund; after that it is your bank that decides when it appears, which is usually a few working days and occasionally longer.
Renewals
If a renewal charged you unexpectedly — you meant to cancel, or you did not realise the subscription was recurring — tell us. We would rather refund a renewal nobody wanted than keep it.
If the app will not work for you
A subscription bought here is useless without the Steady app. If you cannot install it, cannot unlock your purchase in it, or your device is not supported, contact us and we will either fix it or refund you in full — this applies regardless of any time limit above.
Statutory rights
Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.
Consumers in the EU and the UK have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. A subscription bought here is digital content that starts as soon as you have paid, and under EU and UK rules that can bring the withdrawal period to an end early. We do not rely on that. The refund terms above are ours, they run longer than the statutory 14 days, and they apply whether or not the statutory right is still running. You never have to work out which one you are using — ask, and we refund.
