Terms of Service
These terms cover subscriptions to Steady bought on this website. They are between you and Nexa Labs, LLC ("we", "us").
Nexa Labs, LLC is the seller and the merchant of record for every purchase made on this site. You are buying from us and from nobody else. We take the payment, we issue your receipt, we are responsible for the tax on the sale, and it is our business name that appears on your card or bank statement. There are no separate buyer terms from another company to read alongside these — these are the terms of sale.
Two providers act for us in taking the payment. RevenueCat, Inc. runs the checkout and the subscription and emails you about it on our behalf, and Stripe, Inc. processes the card payment. Both are our service providers. Neither is the seller, neither sets these terms, and a question about your purchase belongs with us.
1. What you are buying
A subscription to the paid features of Steady, used through the Steady mobile app. Buying here does not deliver software by itself: after paying you install the app from the Apple App Store and the purchase unlocks the paid features in it.
You need a compatible device and the Steady app to use what you have bought. If you cannot install or open the app, tell us before the first renewal and we will help or refund you — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
These terms cover what you buy here. Steady also sells the same subscription inside the app, and that purchase is a different contract: Apple is the seller, Apple's own terms govern it, and it is billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded through your Apple App Store account — not by us and not on this page. Which one you hold decides who to ask: for a purchase made here, the addresses at the end of this page; for one made in the app, your Apple App Store account.
2. Price, billing and renewal
The price, the billing interval and any introductory price are shown on the purchase screen before you pay, and again on the payment form.
How tax is shown depends on where you are. In the United States and Canada, any sales tax is added to the price at checkout. Everywhere else, the price you were shown already includes any VAT or GST we are required to charge. Either way the checkout works the tax out from the country your payment method belongs to, itemises it, and shows you the exact total before you confirm — and that total is what we charge.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the standard price for your plan, until you cancel.
- An introductory price applies to the first billing period only. The purchase screen states the introductory amount, how long it lasts, and the amount charged afterwards. After that period the standard price applies.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not shorten the period you have already paid for — you keep access until it ends.
We may change the price of a subscription. If we do, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you will have the chance to cancel before you are charged the new amount.
3. Cancelling
Cancel any time from your subscription page. Every email sent to you about the subscription — the confirmation, each renewal, and any problem with a payment — carries a link to it, and from there you can cancel, change your payment method and download your receipts. You can also cancel by emailing support+glp@llabs.top from the address you used to buy — we will action it and confirm.
A subscription bought here is not managed in the Apple App Store. We charge you directly rather than through Apple, so there is nothing to cancel there and cancelling there will not stop these charges.
4. Refunds
See the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Your account and your data
What we collect and why is set out in the Privacy Notice. In short: the answers you give on this site are used to set up your plan in the app, and are handled by the processors named there.
Keep the link this site gives you after payment. It is how your purchase reaches the app on your device, and it can only be used once.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell or transfer your subscription;
- attempt to circumvent payment, or access paid features without paying;
- use the service unlawfully, or in breach of the terms of the app store you installed the app from;
- use it fraudulently, or to send spam or unsolicited messages;
- infringe our intellectual property rights or anyone else's;
- interfere with the service or with other people's use of it — including introducing malware, probing or scanning it for vulnerabilities, or scraping it by automated means.
We may suspend or end your access where:
- you materially breach these terms;
- a payment fails or your subscription is unpaid;
- we reasonably believe there is a security or fraud risk; or
- the breaches are repeated or serious.
Where we do, we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for unless the breach was fraudulent.
7. Steady is not medical advice
Steady and this website are tracking and calculation tools. They record what you type in and do arithmetic on it. Steady is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, it does not recommend which medication to take or what dose to take, and it is not a substitute for your prescriber, your pharmacist or any other healthcare professional.
The same is true of every figure this website shows you before you buy. The protein and water figures, and the example medication curve, are calculated from the answers you typed on this site using published general formulas, or drawn as an illustration. Nobody reviews them, and no clinician is involved at any point. This website does not give you a calorie target, a goal date, a projected weight or a BMI reading.
The medication levels it shows are estimates, produced by a general pharmacokinetic model from the numbers you enter. They are not a measurement of your body, they will differ from your actual blood levels, and they must not be used to decide whether to take, skip, change or stop a dose. Only your prescriber decides that.
If you feel unwell, seek medical help. Do not delay because of anything this app shows you.
8. Ownership
Steady is ours. Nexa Labs, LLC and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in the service and everything it is made of — the software, the models and calculations behind it, the documentation, the name, the logo and the rest of the branding. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that to you.
What you get is a limited right to use Steady for your own personal, non-commercial use, for as long as your subscription lasts. That right is non-exclusive and cannot be transferred to anyone else. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the service or any part of it, except where the law says you may despite this paragraph.
Anything you enter stays yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and process it in order to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Notice.
9. Service, availability and liability
We work to keep Steady available and correct, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result for you.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you for any claim connected to a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you buy or renew. If we make a change that materially affects you, we will tell you before your next renewal so you can cancel if you would rather not accept it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country you live in, and you keep the right to bring proceedings there.

support+glp@llabs.top
Questions about a payment, a receipt or a charge you do not recognise come to the same address. We hold the payment record ourselves and can refund or explain it. If a charge looks wrong, please write to us before disputing it with your bank — we would rather refund you, and it is quicker than a dispute.
